Lauterbrunnen
On day 15, we visited Lauterbrunnen, the inspiration for Rivendell.
We were there on August 1st, Switzerland's national day, so we enjoyed a parade through the town and
an impressive fireworks display with the valley walls as the backdrop. In Lauterbrunnen, we explored Trümmelbach Falls, a stunning set of waterfalls within a cave.
Overall, the town felt more authentic and less touristy compared to Zermatt.
These are the photos taken with my Fujifilm XT-1 and a 50-230mm F4.5 lens.
